CNC Mill
Brake Bracket

Name Engraving Using Laser
Summary
Using the mill turned out to be somewhat of a challenge for me but as always wasn't as hard as I was expecting. Creating the file in inventor was no big deal with some help. Transferring that to fusion was not bad but it was new software so it was only slightly problematic. Once I got it to the mill I could not seem to get everything right. Something was always off. The first time it didn't print the top part of the bracket and the second it didn't print the right side. Both were definetly due to an error I made but what can you do. As for engraving, that went okay. We got it figured out pretty quick so, solid. Unfortunetly, I do not have an error free brake bracket but A for effor am I right? Overall, this was good expierence but I feel the least confident on this machine so I most likely won't be using on my final.
